PURPOSE: To increase the efficiency by exhaust of exhaust gas and to improve safety and operability, by a method wherein a means, which discharges a laminar air, is located above a position outside a combustion device, and a means, which sucks and exhausts a laminar air, is situated right thereabove and at a distance therefrom.
CONSTITUTION: When a burner 1 is ignited through control of an input means 16, fans 9, 14, and 15 are simultaneously driven by means of a processing circuit 17. This causes a fresh air on the open air side to be first sucked through an open air intake port 8, and the fresh air flows through an intake air duct 7, and is used as the air for combustion by the burner 1. The open air sucked through the open air intake port 8 is compressed by the laminar fan 9, and the compressed air is blown upward in a laminar manner through an air curtain supply opening 5. An exhaust pressure from the laminar fan 9 is extremely higher than an exhaust gas pressure from the burner 1. Theis causes the exhaust gas to be completely isolated from the air in an exhaust gas chamber, and prevents contamination of the interior of a chamber, resulting in prevention of the occurrence of an accident, such as deficiency of oxygen.
