Title:
EXHAUSTING STRUCTURE FOR GRILLE CHAMBER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3442956
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a guide member attachable even when a grille chamber is extended by a method wherein a distance between the external surface of the grille chamber and the combustion gas guide member, on the front side part of the combustion gas guide member, is made narrower than a distance in other parts, and at the same time, a bottom plate part is formed on the front side part.
SOLUTION: On a side part at the front part of this grille chamber, a gas cock to regulate the fire power of a gas burner, is arranged, and for this reason, the front half part of a side plate 5b of a combustion gas guide box 5 is brought closer to both external walls 200 of the grille chamber than other parts in order to avoid the gas cock, and the front half part of the combustion gas guide box is made narrower. Also, a bottom plate part 52 is formed by bending the lower end of the combustion gas guide box 5. Thus, by providing the bottom plate part 52, even when a large amount of a combustion gas reverses from a window part 26, the combustion gas is prevented from overflowing under the combustion gas guide box 5 by the bottom plate part 52, and the combustion gas can be guided to a rear opening 51, and therefore, the combustion gas can be smoothly exhausted from a cooking stove part.
