Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offset the thrust pushing annular members generated in each rubber film in the axial direction by keeping a specific relation at operation, when each of an inner diameter of a first cylinder body, an effective pressure diameter of a first rubber film, an effective pressure diameter of a second rubber film, and an effective pressure diameter of a third rubber film at the time when a fluid pressure acts have predetermined lengths.
SOLUTION: An opening end of an inner diameter side is fixed to a second cylinder body 4 of an inner cylinder 2 with each of three rubber films 10, 11, 12 provided with a ring compound having a U-shape section, and an opening end of an outer diameter side is fixed to a rubber film outer diameter end fixture 5 coupled to a first cylinder body 3 to thereby communicate the first cylinder body 3 with a second cylinder body 4. An inner diameter of the first cylinder body 3 is set to D0, an effective pressure diameter of the first rubber film 10 is set to D1, an effective pressure diameter of the second rubber film 11 is set to D2, and an effective pressure diameter of the third rubber film 12 is set to D3 when a fluid pressure acts. In this time, the relation of D22=D12-D32+D02 is kept at operation. Accordingly, the thrust for pushing annular members 18, 19 in the axial direction, which is generated by the action of fluid pressure in each of the rubber films 10 to 12 can be offset.
