Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the rigidity, and to simplify the structure by mounting one end part of a longeron member on a batten member, by fitting the other end part of the longeron member to a slide guide part of another batten member, and by arranging a lock mechanism on the end part of the slide guide part.
CONSTITUTION: An expansion truss 1 is formed out of a plurality of batten members 11 arranged laterally, a plurality of longeron members 12 arranged vertically among each batten member 11, and a plurality of diagonal members 13 arranged on the diagonal line of a square formed by two adjoining batten members 11 as well as the longeron members 12. One end part of the longeron member 12 is mounted on the batten member 11 by a hinge mechanism 16, while a slide guide part 14 is arranged on the batten member 11 in the closest proximity thereto. The other end part of the longeron member 12 is fitted to the slide guide part 14, while a lock mechanism 20 for fitting the other end part of the longeron member 12 to the batten member 11, is arranged on the end part of the slide guide part 14.
