PURPOSE: To distribute loads depending on the state of a load of a computer by receiving load information of plural sets of computers and sending information of the computer with least load to a telephone exchange as extension connection destination information.

CONSTITUTION: An extension connection controller 10 stores load information sets a, b of computers 12, 14 to a storage means 18. The load information sets a, b are acquired at a predetermined time interval. An incoming call signal (c) from a telephone exchange 20, that is, a consecutive request takes place from a terminal equipment to the computers 12, 14. Then a connection destination selection means 24 retrieves the load information sets a, b and selects a computer with a least load. Succeedingly an extension connection destination information transmission means 26 sends the information to an exchange 20 as extension connection destination information (d). The telephone exchange 20 makes connection to the computer 12 or 14 based on the information (d).
