Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit an exterior material accurately and simply by driving a grip anchor into a wall face section, supporting an exterior material fitting vertical frame with the tip portion of a support rod planted by screwing, and suspending a reinforcement section in an inclined state between the exterior material fitting vertical frame and the root portion of the support rod.
SOLUTION: An exterior material fitting metal 1 is constituted of a grip anchor 5 driven into the wall face of a skeleton 2, a support rod and a root nut 7. An exterior material fitting vertical frame 4 is connected and supported on the tip portion of the support rod, and a reinforcement section 9 is suspended in an inclined state between the exterior material fitting vertical frame 4 and the root nut 7. A round hole 4B1 is bored on the exterior material fitting vertical frame 4, and the support rod is inserted into the round hole 4B1 through a round hole 4A1 and is fastened by an outer nut 8B. A heat insulating material is crimped by the inside face of the exterior material fitting vertical frame 4, an exterior material is fitted to the outside face, and the thickness of members is utilized as an air layer. The cross sectional area of the members can be reduced regardless of the thickness of the heat insulating material, no gap or no collapse occurs on the heat insulating material, and the execution property can be improved. The level of the exterior material fitting vertical frame 4 can be easily adjusted.
