Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a VCO circuit which has frequency variable width in a comparatively wide range and which can be manufactured by small production without using the process of mass production such as MMIC and HMIC.
CONSTITUTION: A variable band pass filter 11 where the passing band characteristic of an input signal is changed in accordance with impressed control voltage VT, an amplifier 13 amplifying an output signal obtained from the variable band pass filter 11 and a distributor 14 which distributes the output signal of the amplifier 13 into two signals and which sets one signal to be an oscillation output signal P0 and the other to the input signal of the variable band pass filter 11 are provided.
