Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a cellulose sponge-made slidingly washing tool excellent in durability by superposing a sheet-like abrasive composed of a fiber material on at least one surface of a cellulose sponge, and integrally joining it by impregnating a part of a surface layer of the cellulose sponge into a lower layer part area of this sheet-like abrasive.
SOLUTION: A slidingly washing tool is made by laminating a sheet-like abrasive 2 using knitted goods knitted in a mesh shape by synthetic fiber such as polyester fiber and polyamide fiber, on both surfaces of a cellulose sponge 1 formed in a rectangular plate shape. In this case, the sheet like abrasive 2 is firmly and integrally joined to a surface of the cellulose sponge 1 by impregnating and solidifying a part of a surface layer of the cellulose sponge 1 between fibers in a lower layer part area among its whole thickness. According to this, since the sheet-like abrasive 2 is integrally joined by partial impregnation of the surface layer of the cellulose sponge 1, joining strength is enhanced, and durability can be improved.
