PURPOSE: To provide a projecting device whose tone quality is excellent as well as a CD, which is constituted so that the number of tones for producing a stereophonic sound is not limited and whose tone quality is not lowered even when the device is used over a long term.

CONSTITUTION: This device is constituted of a projector 10 using film 11 where ordinary monaural sound optical recording is performed to either of two tracks 1a and 5a for sound optical recording and time code optical recording corresponding to every frame 12 is performed to the other, a synchronizer 6a inputting the electric signal of a 2nd track 5a for time code optical recording being the output of the projector 10, a CD multistereophonic amplifier 7a inputting the output of the synchronizer 6a, plural 2nd loudspeaker groups 9a to 9d respectively inputting the output of the amplifier 7a through 2nd wirings 8a to 8d, a monaural amplifier 2a inputting the electric signal of a 1st track 1a for monaural sound recording being the output of the projector 10, and a 1st loudspeaker 4a inputting the output of the amplifier 2a through a 1st wiring 3a.
