Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extraction method of Ganoderma Lucidum extract where extraction efficiency of triterpene from Ganoderma Lucidum is improved by using hydrated alcohol.
SOLUTION: The extraction method of Ganoderma Lucidum extact comprises extracting triterpene from Ganoderma Lucidum using cool hydrated alcohol having an alcohol concentration of 70-99 wt.%. By this method, extract containing the triterpene having various kinds of compound components bringing inhibitory action against anti-HIV or HIV-protease in higher concentration compared to the conventional extraction using hot hydrated alcohol.
