To provide an extrusion granulator constituted so as to optimize the length of each of molding holes not only to enhance the strength of a die but also to uniformize the dimension of granules to be produced.
In the extrusion granulator constituted so that a pair of rotatable cylindrical dies having a large number of molding holes therethrough are opposedly arranged and the raw material extruded from the molding holes is cut by the cutting blades arranged in the cylindrical dies, a large number of grooves are formed to the inner peripheral surfaces of the cylindrical dies so as to provide an interval to form the inner peripheral surfaces of the cylindrical dies into a continuous uneven shape and the molding holes are bored through so as to pierce across the bottom surfaces of the grooves provided to the inner peripheral surfaces of the cylindrical dies and the outer peripheral surfaces of the cylindrical dies while a plurality of grooves are formed to the leading ends of the cutting blades so as to leave an interval to form the leading ends of the cutting blades into a continuous uneven shape and a raw material is cut by the protruded parts provided to the leading ends of the cutting blades in a state that the protruded parts provided to the leading ends of the cutting blades are inserted in the grooves provided to the inner peripheral surfaces of the cylindrical dies.
