To provide a face detection result analysis system, which generates a map which describes the total number of viewers of an exhibit such as a digital signage and extends in a photographing distance direction of a camera for photographing the viewers.
The face detection result analysis system 1 includes a face detection result analysis device 2. The face detection result analysis device includes a face detection means 20 which detects face image from a frame of video taken by a video camera 4, assigns an viewer ID of corresponding viewers to the face image detected from the frame, and stores a position and a rectangular size of a detection frame of face image at least as a face detection result in a log file; and an analysis means which stores an area map in which the visual field range of the video camera 4 is divided into a plurality of areas according to sectioned photographing distances, identifies an area in which viewers are present for each viewer ID by determining at least a photographing distance from the rectangular size of the detection frame of face image, and generates display data for displaying the total number of viewers who are present in the area on the area map.
