Abstract:
To provide an inexpensive face guard that effectively ensures a clearance between the face of a user and the transparent shield during use while being downsized as much as possible during shipping and distribution.SOLUTION: The face guard includes a cardboard belt-like member and a transparent shield. The belt-like member has its center areas overlapping each other in an inseparable manner and has outside and inside belts where the first end regions on one side in the longer direction from the center area and the second end regions on the other side in the longer direction are inseparable from each other, the first and second end regions of the outside belt having first and second engageable/disengageable outside engagement parts provided thereon, the first and second end regions of the inside belt having first and second engageable/disengageable engagement parts provided thereon. The total sum of a distance La(1) between the first ends of the first inside engagement part and the central area and a distance Lb(2) between the second ends of the second inside engagement part and the central area is shorter than a distance Lc of the central area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
