Abstract:
PURPOSE: To implement a dark state FPN suppression with high accuracy corresponding to a temperature change in an image pickup element.
CONSTITUTION: A rotary 3-primary color filter disk 2 formed by providing a light shield section 6 to provide a light shield period when a dark state signal is read for one period when R, G, B image pickup signals in addition to R, G, B transmission filters 3 are read is arranged to a light receiving side of an image pickup element 1. Then a dark state signal written in a dark state signal memory 18 is rewritten for each period. A dark state FPN changed by a temperature in the image pickup element 1 is suppressed with high accuracy.
