Abstract:

To facilitate a panoramic analysis of the whole by effectively using data related to operation conditions of equipment items.

The facility management device includes: data collection means 11 for collecting data related to operation/environment conditions from each equipment item 2; recording means 12 for recording the data collected by the data collection means 11 as history data; color setting means 13 for setting color to each parameter in the history data for discriminating for every prescribed threshold; operation means 14 for receiving a user's operation; a history list generation means 15 that, when the operation means 14 receives a display request of a history list, extracts corresponding history data from the recording means 12, and generates the history list using the color set by the color setting means 13; and display means 16 for displaying the history list generated by the history list generation means 15.
