PURPOSE: To Provide the facility management supporting device which can continue diagnosis at all times and enables the automatic repair of any fault or the like even when the fault or abnormality is generated at any position.

CONSTITUTION: The present operating states of all the components are written in state managing parts (11A, 12A, 13A, 14A, 15A and 16A) provided at respective components (11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16). At the respective components, whether the fault is generated or not at any component is recognized by judging consistency among these written present states of respective parts and when the generation of the fault is recognized, the component generating the fault is repaired.
