FACSIMILE ADDRESSING OUTGOING STORING AND CONVERTING METHOD

Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the working efficiency without using any special terminal device, by adding each address to the correspondence document within a network and transmitting the same document to the remote side correspoinding to each address after feeding a correspondence document to which plural addresses and receiver numbers are written.

CONSTITUTION: A system processing part 17 of a control part 6 separates a character part where the address and the number of a receiver are written out of a storing part 14 of address documents of a picture information storing memory 7 via a character separation processing part 18. Then the address and the number are written to a buffer memory parts 15 and 16, respectively. Then the part 17 reads the picture information out of the part 15 and writes it to a prescribed area within a storing part 13. Then the receiver number is recognized from the picture information on the receiver number stored in the part 16 through a character recognizing part 20 and then fed to a circuit interface 5. The all information on the correspondence document within the part 13 are read out and converted into facsimile signals by a picture information conding/decoding part 21 to be sent to the interface 5.
