Abstract:
PURPOSE:To upgrade the probability of immediate communication with the opposite by giving, in case the communication with the opposite ends in failure due to a line error, another telephone number designating the same opposite as the last to an automatic dialing function to actuate it after the lapse of a prescribed time and letting the function perform redialing action. CONSTITUTION:A decision means 1 decides whether the communication with the opposite fails due to a line error after the line connection or not, and supplies the result of the decision to a telephone number conversion means 12. The means 12, in case the communication with the opposite ends in failure, gives the automatic dialing function 4 another telephone number designating the same opposite as the last. A redial control means 2, after the lapse of a prescribed time, actuates the function 4 to which another telephone number is given to let it perform a redialing action. As a result, in case a line connection line error occurrs and the communication fails, a redialing action can be perform by using another line, and thus the opposite can be immediately connected to execute the communication.
