PURPOSE: To realize a call with direct input of a transmission destination name by reading the corresponding telephone number out of a register means and giving this number to an automatic calling means for a calling action in case an inputted remote side name is registered.

CONSTITUTION: The register means 3 holds the relation between a registered remote side name and its telephone number. A retrieving means retrieves whether the remote side name inputted by an operating part 4 is held in the means 3 or not and informs this retrieving result to a main control means 1. The means 1 decides via the retrieving means that said remote side name is registered in the means 3 and therefore reads the corresponding telephone number out of the memory 3 to give this number to an automatic caller 53 for execution of a calling action. In such a way, an operator can call a telephone of the remote side just with input of the remote side name of communication.
