CONSTITUTION: A bell-mouthed aid suction port 10f is formed in a ring connecting part 10e of a double cylindrical part 10, while a foreign substance admission preventing ring body 12 is formed at the air upstream side of this air suction port 10f. In addition, a cylindrical wall part 12a is set up in a position at the outermost circumferential side of this ring body 12 and at the more inner circumferential side than an inner circumferential side cylindrical part 10b. Accordingly, if the bell-mouthed air suction port 10f is formed there, a fan shroud 5 is made so as to be manufacturable in integral forming by means of vertical rapping.
