Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with temporary payment of transportation expenses or a charging work of the transportation expenses by an employee, and to prevent illegal charge of the transportation expenses to an employer.
SOLUTION: Each automatic ticket examination device 100 transmits use start data including a ticket-inserting place (entraining station) and a user ID recorder on a card carried by a ticket-inserting person to a transportation enterpriser terminal unit 200 at the ticket-inserting time, and transmits use finish data including a ticket-delivering place (detraining station) and the user ID recorded on the card carried by a ticket-delivering person to the transportation enterpriser terminal unit 200 at the ticket-delivering time. The transportation enterpriser terminal unit 200 calculates the fare to a user having the user ID based on the use start data and the use finish data having the same user ID transmitted from the automatic ticket examination device 100, and transmits fare charging data including the calculated fare to an employer terminal unit 300 determined beforehand relative to the user ID from among plural employer terminal units 300.
