Abstract:
An anchor (20) has a lip (29) connected to anchor arms (24) connected to a central leg (23) that extends from a top plate (21). A push pin assembly has a pin (32) extending from a pushbutton (31). Pushing the pushbutton causes the pin to extend through an aperture in the top plate. Notches (34,35) in the pin are selectively latched, by a retaining flange on the anchor to lock the pin in a depressed state.
