To provide a fat composition for a chou case that can produce a chou case in which voluminous feeling is improved; and a chou case using the fat composition for a chou case.
A fat composition for a chou case is made to include 0.005-0.039 wt.% of lysophospholipid derived from egg yolk to obtain a fat composition for a chou case that has voluminous feeling improvement effect.
