CONSTITUTION: When a serious fault is detected, a microprocessor 41 displays the detection on a display device 44 and displays a group number fp of the nearest service plant Fp on the display device 44. Further, when a driver instructs a personal radio equipment 42 to inform the service plant Fp of fault information using an operation key 45, the fault information is communicated between the personal radio equipment 42 and a personal radio equipment 22 of the service plant Fp, and it becomes possible to execute preparation for accepting the automobile of the driver in the service plant Fp. On the other hand, when a slight fault is detected, the microprocessor 41 displays a group number fh of a service plant Fh near a house H of the driver which is ordinarily used by the driver. Further, when the driver commands the personal radio equipment 42 to inform the service plant Fh of the fault information using the operation key 45, the communication is executed between the personal radio equipment 42 and a personal radio equipment 32 of the service plant Fh, and the fault information is informed to the service plant Fh.
