PURPOSE: To feed the sheet of form highly speedy and highly accurate by a method wherein a guide plate for form is provided on a casing and a differential screw system is provided between the casing and the guide plate rotatably, and a gap between the guide plate and a feeding roller is constituted adjustably by the spiral movement of the differential screw.

CONSTITUTION: When a knob 43 is slided horizontally to a guide groove 42, a belt 41 on which the knob 43 is fixed is moved and an adjusting screw 36 is rotated. Because of this a frame body 29 is oscillated by a very small angle centering around a supporting shaft 30, and a gap of a curved transfer passage 32 located inbetween a feeding roller 26 and a guide plate 31 is adjusted by a very small quantity. With this a contact pressure applicable on the sheet of form 23 passing through the transfer passage 32 can be kept most favourable, and the sheet is fed at a high speed and with high accuracy.
