CONSTITUTION: Rails R for feed, which are composed of a pair of parallel conductors buried in a traveling road surface, in which DC voltage is applied between the parallel conductors and insulators R1 and covers R2 are applied and which are formed in the same surfaces as the traveling road surface, are installed in a specific section including a station ST. A member 8 for collecting currents slid and contacted with the rails R for feed is mounted to a moving car. When the moving car A is brought near to the specific section, a controller 9 detects a mark M by a mark sensor 6, and the member 8 for collecting currents is shifted to a lower section from the bottom of the moving car A by a motor 22. A contacted state is maintained while the upper contact surface of the member 8 for collecting currents and the lower side faces of the rails R for feed are slid, and electric power is supplied.
