Abstract:
To provide a female terminal that is capable of connecting a plurality of types of male terminals with reduced production cost and that is of simple structure and excellent in mounting.
At the male terminal connection portion 14 of the female terminal 11, a common contact portion 15a of the substrate 15 is formed which contacts with the lower face of two types of the male tab terminals 40, 30. At the male terminal connection portion 14 of the female terminal 11, the first and a second bending piece 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d are formed by bending on both sides of the substrate 15. These bending pieces 16a to 16d have top ends 16e, 16f, 16g, 16h for contacting respectively with the upper face of the two types of the male tab terminals 40, 30.
