CONSTITUTION: A fender mirror 2 may be set to vertical and lateral predetermined positions by rotating a first disc-type brushless motor 6 by a predetermining amount. Thereafter, the fender mirror 2 may be rotated over all peripheral angle of 360° if the first disc-type brushless motor 6 is rotated by a second disc-type brushless motor 8 in a predetermined direction. The motor 6 comprises a cylindrical body 9 which is secured, its inner surface thereof, with an armature 10 provided with three armature coils 11.
