Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fermentation degradation treating device which can be made compact, lessens the impact received by a user when a driving part is operated, lessens deformation generated in a mixing part and, thereby, is made durable for long-term usage.
SOLUTION: The driving part 23 and the mixing part shares a rotation shaft 36, a torque arm 43 is interposed between the driving part 23 and a treating vessel 21, one end part of the torque arm 43 is fixed on the driving part 23 and the other end part is supported by the treating vessel 21. Therein preferably, oil seal is applied to a support hole of the rotation shaft 36 which is opened on the wall 41 of treating vessel and a rolling bearing 42 is used for the bearing of the rotation shaft 36.
