Abstract:
To provide ferrite electronic parts which have no deterioration in magnetic properties, and to provide a production method thereof.
Ferrite ceramic parts after firing are immersed into sulfuric acid for a fixed time at a fixed temperature, and the sulfuric acid solution is infiltrated through the parts. Then, on the inside of the ferrite material, residual metal precipitated over the part surrounded by ferrite crystals is dissolved, and stress in the ferrite material is released.
