Abstract:
To provide a ferrite magnetic composite substrate having soft magnetic characteristics further improved than ever.
In the ferrite magnetic composite substrate where a ferrite magnetic film that is epitaxially grown with a spinel structure is formed on a base board, the base board is made to be a single crystal ferrite with the spinel type crystal structure. In this case, the Curie temperature of the ferrite magnetic film is preferably ≥20°C.
