To make a product reusable with high rigidity and strength and also make its appearance presentable by laminating an organic fiber unwoven fabric or an organic resin film of different density from a core material unwoven fabric made up of the organic fiber unwoven fabric on one face or both faces of the core material unwoven fabric, and arranging a strip reinforcing material.
A skin unwoven fabric layer 2 is laminated on one of the faces of a core material unwoven fabric layer 1 and a strip reinforcing material 20 is interposed in between. In additon, 10% or more of a low boiling-point fiber (bonding agent) is contained in a base material fiber, so that these fibers can be bonded together by heating or contact bonding. Consequently, the fiber laminated molding is of an outstanding quality in terms of operating environment, recycling properties and manufacturing cost. Further, the highly rigid molding is obtained by molding the skin unwoven fabric layer 2 to be of a higher density than the core material unwoven fabric layer 1. Besides, when laminating the skin unwoven fabric layer 2 to the core material unwoven fabric layer 1, it is preferably to arrange the fibers in respectively different directions and thereby, further increase the rigidity of the molding.
