Title:
繊維の製造方法および触媒層の製造方法
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP5375022
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

To provide a method for easily producing ultrafine fibers capable of forming a catalyst layer having high gas diffusibility at a low production cost; an apparatus for producing the fiber; a method for easily producing the catalyst layer having high gas diffusibility at a low cost; a conductive fiber capable of forming the catalyst layer having high gas diffusibility, and a membrane electrode assembly for a solid polymer fuel cell capable of exhibiting high power generation performance even in the case of using the conductive fiber in the solid polymer fuel cell and operating the cell at high current density.

There are provided the method for producing a fiber by electrospinning of a spinning dope containing a polymer and a solvent, wherein the spinning dope is drawn by air flow during the spinning by electrospinning; the production apparatus 10 for the fiber; the conductive fiber having a core-sheath structure in which at least one of the core part and the sheath part contains a metal-containing catalyst; and a membrane electrode assembly containing the conductive fiber in the catalyst layer.
