PURPOSE: To obtain a fiber-mixed emulsion, homogeneously mixing short and long fibers in a polymer emulsion and hardly separating the fibers even when mixed in a soil material and scattering the short fibers even in drying by mixing the short and long fibers in a polymer emulsion.

CONSTITUTION: This emulsion is obtained by mixing short fibers having <5mm fiber length and long fibers having ≥5mm fiber length in a polymer emulsion (e.g. an acrylic resin emulsion or a vinyl acetate-based resin emulsion). The amount of the short fibers based on 1 pt.wt. resin component is preferably 0.01-20 pts.wt. and that of the long fibers is preferably 0-30 pts.wt. Besides, inorganic particles having a medium particle size having and ≤1mm particle diameter are preferably blended therein.
