Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a fiber-reinforced sheet in which continuous reinforcing fibers arrayed in one direction are kept in their predetermined positions without moving when said sheet is formed.
CONSTITUTION: Fiber-reinforced resin layers (b), in which reinforcing fibers f5 with a length of 5mm or longer are arranged in a thermoplastic resin B in a state random in the lengthwise direction of the reinforcing fibers, are integrally laminated in the form of sandwiches on both faces of a fiber- reinforced resin layer (a), in which continuous reinforcing fibers F3 are arranged in a thermoplastic resin A in a state arrayed in one direction, via net-like reinforcing materials N, respectively.
