Abstract:
To provide a fiber using a polyamide resin and having excellent biodegradability and high strength, a molding, a method for disposing of the fiber, and a method for disposing of the molding.SOLUTION: The fiber contains a polyamide resin and a cobalt salt. The polyamide resin contains 10-40 mol% of a xylylenediamine-derived constituent unit, 5-50 mol% of a C4-7 α,ω-linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acid-derived constituent unit, 0-30 mol% of an aromatic dicarboxylic acid-derived constituent unit, 0-40 mol% of a C8-22 α,ω-linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acid-derived constituent unit, 0-40 mol% of a C2-20 aliphatic diamine-derived constituent unit, 0-80 mol% of a C4-10 lactam-derived constituent unit, and 0-80 mol% of a C3-9 aliphatic aminocarboxylic acid-derived constituent unit. The total of the C8-22 α,ω-linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acid-derived constituent unit, the C2-20 aliphatic diamine-derived constituent unit, the C4-10 lactam-derived constituent unit, and the C3-9 aliphatic aminocarboxylic acid-derived constituent unit is 10-80 mol%. The total of the constituent units does not exceed 100 mol%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
