To maintain a device correctly by a customer per se.

There are provided with an information processing part of a production equipment maker and an information processing part of a device maker which produces a device by use of the equipment, and a field support regarding a device production equipment is provided by utilizing a communication network connecting therewith. The information processing part of the production equipment maker has a first computer which edits a plurality of support programs composed of a series of support steps which are selected in response to a demand received from the information processing part of the device maker, from various support steps to be stored, and executes a basic system for providing the field support based on the selected support program; and a second computer for executing a complementary system for complementing an execution of the basic system. The complementary system arbitrarily sets in response to a progress situation of the support program.
