PURPOSE: To improve the information input working frequency by providing a printer device to describe the retrieving codes into the documents or the ledger to be registered and into the labels set on a drawing and then recognizing automatically the printer device.

CONSTITUTION: The retrieving codes, the retrieving keys, and the relative code information are inputted through an input terminal part 1 and stored in relation to the processing of a filling device main body 4. Then the retrieving codes are printed on the adhesive labels by a printer devices 5 and these labels are stuck onto the documents, etc., to be stored. These documents are read by an image scanner 2 and turned into the image data. At the same time, the retrieving codes are automatically recognized out of the adhesive labels detected by a label recognizing means 3 via this means 3. The retrieving keys corresponding to the recognized retrieving codes, the relative code information, and the inputted image data are automatically connected with each other and stored in a storage medium like a magnetic disk, an optical disk, etc. Thus the information input time is shortened and the working efficiency is improved with a filing device.
