Abstract:
To provide a filler array film in which fillers such as conductive particles are arranged in an insulating resin layer, capable of surely increasing the number of actually captured fillers at each connection portion to one or more even when there is a misalignment of about ±10% between a first article and a second article in a case in which a connection portion of a microscopic first article such as a μLED electrode is coupled to a connection portion of a second article such as an electrode of a substrate for a large screen TV through a filler.SOLUTION: In a filler array film 1 in which fillers 2 are arranged in an insulating resin layer 10, in an insulating resin layer 10, a plurality of first groups 3 formed of the plurality of fillers 2 is aggregated to form a second group 4, and the second groups 4 are regularly arranged. The closest distance L1 between the second groups 4 is greater than the closest distance L2 between the first groups, and the closest distance L2 between the first groups is greater than the closest distance L3 between the fillers in the first group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
