Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a deformation exceeding an elastic limit received at parts by a printing plate having no recess of a plate cylinder mark mount or no recess of a size like a spot facing hole of a head of a bolt of the metal by bringing a double width printing plate into uniform contact with an outer surface of the metal.
SOLUTION: The filler metal for a plate cylinder comprises an outer surface aligned with an outer periphery of the cylinder in the state that the outer periphery of the cylinder is blocked and mounted at a plate cylinder mark mount 10 of the cylinder 1 and mounted on the mount 10, and an inserting hole 23 having an opening 230 on the outer surface. The opening 230 of the hole 23 has a size without deforming over an elastic limit of the portion corresponding to the opening 230 of a printing plate 4 by a printing pressure acting during printing of the plate 4 mounted at the periphery 11 of the cylinder over the opening 230.
