To provide a fillet roll machining device which can carry out simultaneously fillet roll machining of fillet grooves formed in a first journal portion and in a front shaft portion.
According to the structure of the fillet roll machining device, a rockable tilt-preventing arm 24 is provided for each of a front shaft fillet roller cassette 6B for machining the fillet groove 4a formed in the front shaft portion 4 of a crank shaft 1, and a first journal fillet roller cassette 6A for machining the fillet groove 3a formed in the first journal 3 adjacent to the front shaft. Then an arm receiving member 26 having a receiving shape corresponding to the fillet groove, is provided for each of a cassette tilt preventing means 30 and the front shaft fillet roller cassette 6B, and the tilt preventing arm 24 is supported by the arm receiving member 26, followed by receiving reaction occurring at the time of fillet groove machining by the arm receiving portion 26, to thereby constitute a cassette tilt preventing mechanism for preventing the cassette from tilting.
