Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a filling agent for liquid chromatography which facilitates high density and uniform filling by dry-process in satisfactory manner and is capable of realizing a high number of theoretical stages, and a column for liquid chromatography using the filling agent.
CONSTITUTION: By constituting a filling agent for a liquid chromatography on a surface of a base of silica gel, etc., by carrying an ultra-fine particle powder such as ultra-fine particle silica gel, a flow behavior of the filling agent for the liquid chromatography is improved and the above purpose is achieved.
