This film comprises an alloy comprising the following components (1) and (2): (1) 70 to 98 wt.% of a polymer (Z) selected from the following polymers (a) to (c); (a) polyethylene (C) obtained using a metallocene catalyst, (b) a copolymer (A) of ethylene with a comonomer selected from vinyl acetate (vinyl acetate content is 18 to 40 wt.%) and an alkyl (meth)acrylate, and (c) an alloy of the polyethylene (C) with the copolymer (A), and (2) 30 to 2 wt.% of high density polyethylene(HDPE).
