PURPOSE: To rapidly dry the liquid on a film absorbed on a water absorbing belt and to well dry the developed film by installing a heater and fan to a fixed frame body and heating a heating roller by the heat which is generated by the heater and blown by the fan.

CONSTITUTION: A driving roller 33, the stationary shaft 33a of which is mounted to the device body, is connected to the output shaft of a motor 41 and is rotated by the operation of the motor 42. A driven roller 34 is adapted freely rotatably to a shaft 35 fixed to the device body. The heater 43 and fan 43 are installed to the frame body 42 fixed to the shaft 35a behind the same and the heat generated by the heater 43 is blown in the arrow (e) direction by the fan 44, by which the heating roller 35 is heated. The roller 35 is, therefore, heated up to a high temp. of, for example, 70 to 90°C and the liquid on the film F absorbed in the water absorbing belt 36 is rapidly dried.
