Abstract:
To provide production apparatus of film formulations excellent in productivity with sufficient amount of application to a base film, and small variation.SOLUTION: A manufacturing apparatus 1 of a film formulation F (FIG. 6) has a drum 3 which sandwiches and conveys a base film 2 and a press roller 21. On a peripheral wall 6 of the drum, recesses e, D (FIG. 3) and a printing pattern 7 (FIG. 4) of holes 25 formed in the recess e are formed, and inside the drum, a storage space S for storing a liquid 20 is constituted by the peripheral wall, a squeegee 13, and a weir plate 15. At the time of printing, the drug-containing liquid filled in each hole smoothly slips out of the hole, and stably transfers onto the base film as a circular drug dot consisting of a predetermined amount of the liquid. A sufficient amount of application is secured, variation in the amount of application between dots is reduced, and continuous production becomes possible.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
