To prepare a film made of a colored plastic not inhibiting a coloring effect by a colorant, having more improved combustion efficiency in incineration.
The film made of the colored plastic is obtained by forming 0.01-2 wt.%, based on a thermoplastic resin, of a colorant and 0.01-2 wt.%, based on the thermoplastic resin, of complex hydrous iron oxide fine particle power having ≥0.005 μm and <0.1 μm average major axis into a film by the used of the thermoplastic resin. The complex hydrous iron oxide fine particle power comprises hydrous iron oxide fine particle power whose particle surface is coated with an organosilane compound or polysiloxane formed from an alkoxysilane in which 1-20 pts.wt. of an organic blue pigment based on 100 parts. wt. of the hydrous iron oxide fine particle powder is stuck to the coating.
