To provide a film packaging apparatus which forms belt-like film into a cylinder and, at the same time, wraps goods supplied at predetermined intervals, which seals the cylindrical film in the positions of both the ends of the goods and cuts the film at the center, and which prevents chips of goods from being held in the sealed parts.

The film packaging apparatus includes: an inclined conveying path 10 for conveying the goods G separated at the predetermined intervals, and the cylindrical film 9 with the goods G wrapped therein; cushion belts 11 and 12 which maintain the predetermined intervals between the goods G by pressing the upper faces of the goods G supplied along the inclined conveying path 10; and a two-end sealing device 18 which seals the cylindrical film 9 in the positions of the two ends of the goods G and cuts the film 9 at the center.
