Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for efficiently cutting open and winding a tube formed in a blowing system with a surface treated as requested on an outer surface.
SOLUTION: A film F formed in a tube by the blowing system is held between nip rollers 1 and 2 to form a double-folded flat film, both ends thereof are cut open to form two films F1 and F2. Reversing devices 9 and 14 for reversing face and back sides of the two cut-open films F1 and F2 in winding the films F1 and F2 around winding devices W1 and W2 are installed.
