Abstract:
To provide a film roll supply system which can quickly and reliably take a film roll out of an inner bag.SOLUTION: A supply system of a film roll R includes: an unpacking device which unpacks a packing carton 1 for storing a film roll in an inner bag 5; an inner bag opening device which opens a mouth part of the inner bag 5; and a second robot 60 which chucks the inner side of the film roll R from the mouth part of the opened inner bag 5 to take the film roll R in the inner bag 5 out of the packing carton 1 while keeping the film roll R in the inner bag 5. The second robot 60 takes out the film roll R in a state that the packing carton 1 inclines only at a predetermined angle relative to a horizontal surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
