To reduce a frequency that becomes underexposure or overexposure and to obtain a photographic print with much satisfaction by setting a system sensitivity index within the range of a specified value.
A system sensitivity index S is ≥0 and ≤4.5. In this case, the system sensitivity index S=Ev value Ev-a film sensitivity index Sv, the film sensitivity index Sv=3.32 log10 (0.3×Sviso) and an Ev value Ev=3.32 log10(F2/T), F is a fixed diaphragm value and T is a shutter speed. By setting the system sensitivity index S to ≥0 and ≤4.5, photographing is executed without using a stroboscope even under cloudy weather or rainy weather or in a room in which photographing using the stroboscope is required. It is desirable to set the system sensitivity index S to 0 to 4.0 and more desirable to set it to 0 to 3.5. It is desirable to set the Ev value to 6.5 to 11. It is desirable to set the diaphragm value F to 2 to 8.5 and the shutter speed to 1/150 to 1/25 sec.
